Export a video
Turn a completed replay into an MP4 for a group chat or social post. You'll need to sign in to create a video.
Create your video
- Open the saved hand. In the top-right more (⋯) menu, choose Export video.
- Choose a format: Portrait for Reels, Stories and Shorts, or Landscape for widescreen viewing.
- Tap Create video. The status moves from Queued to Rendering to Ready.
Most hands take a few minutes. You can leave the page and return through the same menu later. You can also start the other format while the first is rendering.
Choose the right format
- Portrait: 9:16, 1080 × 1920, with a vertical table layout.
- Landscape: 16:9, 1920 × 1080, with a widescreen table layout.
Both formats are MP4 at 30 frames per second. They include the replay animations, four-color deck and sound effects, even if you've muted playback on your device.
Download or share the file
When the status is Ready, tap Download MP4 to save the file or Share to send it to another app. If your browser cannot share files, download the video and upload it from your files instead.
Return while signed in to the same account to retrieve a finished export. Landscape and portrait versions are stored separately.
Limits and retries
- The hand must be complete and contain no more than 100 actions.
- You can create 20 new videos per day. Exports requested by an assistant use the same allowance.
- Downloading or sharing an existing export does not use another export.
If a render fails, use the retry control on the export page. If it keeps failing, send us the replay link and error message.
